Paragraph Text Alignment – Justified or Not Justified?
Many law firms mandate a standard for justified paragraphs in a pleading. Other firms leave to the individual legal practitioner:
You can change text alignment to Justify for all paragraphs in the body of a pleading (paragraphs below the caption), using various features in Microsoft Word including: Alignment buttons, Format Painter, and Modify Styles.
